Q) What operating systems does your software work on?
A) We support Windows XP, Vista operating systems. But some software may not work under Vista. We're in an on going process to update all of our software to work under Vista.

Q) My program runs sluggish, choppy, etc. What can I do?
A) More than likely this is a graphics driver problem. Make sure you update your graphics driver and try the program again. Nearly all crashes in games are due to old or outdated video drivers. PC users sould visit their video card vendor's web site and download the latest drivers. Usually you will have one of Nvidia, ATI, or Intel inside your computer.
