Email Spam Filtering Control
Some users have a spam system setup where the sender must click on a link to verify they are a real user. Unfortunately we are unable to process this request. So if you would like to receive email support you will need to configure on your end the ability for our email server to communicate with you.
   

VB6 Runtime Files
All or most of our software requires the Microsoft VB6 Runtime files to be installed on your system. Most modern systems already have these files on their system but if you are experiencing problems with running our software, this is the first step you should take to resolving the problem.

Before starting the download, create a download directory on your computer.

Click the link to begin downloading. When prompted by the download software, choose the option Save this program to disk and click OK. Then select the directory you created on your computer. 

Run the file from the download directory. When prompted, select the same directory you created on your computer. You will be expanding the contents of the EXE into this directory.
 

DirectX
Some of our programs, games, screensavers require that you have DirectX installed on your computer. Our software requires at least DirectX 7.0 to be installed on your computer. If you need to download DirectX for your computer please visit the DirectX Home Page from Microsoft.
